I've heard on "the media" that our country is divided. They say there's never been an election like this one, with all the accusations, name calling, video and audio- taped past discretions, etc.
If you need to, do some "heart training". What do I mean by that?
Let's consider the Old Testament command by God, trying to keep his people holy unto him. Leviticus 19: 17-18 states:
"You shall not hate your brother in your heart, but you
shall reason frankly with your neighbor, lest you incur
sin because of him. You shall not take vengeance or
bear a grudge against the sons of your own people, but
you shall love your neighbor as yourself. I am the Lord."
Prayer is foremost thing to do for "heart training" and forgiveness is essential. Unforgiveness is drinking poison and expecting the other person (that you won't forgive) to die!
